To cancel your campaign in Nine Ad Manager:
Access Your Campaign:
Navigate to the list of campaigns in your Nine Ad Manager account.
Click on the title of the campaign you wish to cancel. For instance, if the campaign is named "March Promo," click on that title to open it.
Change Campaign Status:
Inside the campaign interface, locate the dropdown box displaying the campaign's current status (e.g., 'Live').
Change the status sequentially from 'Live' to 'Pause.'
Then update the status once more from 'Pause' to 'Cancel.'
Your campaign will then be marked as "Cancelled" in red.
If your campaign did not deliver any impressions, you will get a full refund. If your campaign partially delivered impressions, you will receive a partial refund based on the unused portion of your campaign's budget. This refund will be accompanied by a credit note detailing the breakdown.
