If you're campaign has been rejected please review the notes provided in the support email to make the required changes so it complies with our ad policy.

To make changes to your rejected creative you can follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to Nine Ad Manager with your email and password.

  2. Find the campaign that the creative was rejected.

  3. Click into the campaign.

  4. Select "Creatives"

  5. Click "+New creative"

  6. Select from the types "Generate your own ad"

  7. Click "Recent history"

  8. Scroll through and choose which version you'd like to use.

  9. Select "Edit and continue"

  10. Make required changes to the creative.

  11. Select "Finish" to complete your campaign.

  12. Submit revised creative for approval process.
