If you've received an error 500 display
To confirm that the issue is browser related, you can log in to Nine Ad Manager using incognito mode, or in a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
We'd also suggest trying alternative devices and networks eg mobile 3G, 4G or home.
If the issue has disappeared, clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
