Creating Sub Accounts for Your Agency
If you've signed up as an agency, you have the ability to create multiple sub accounts. These act as secondary accounts which allows you to manage multiple clients and campaigns under one main agency account.
Sub account users have their own login credentials and can perform various tasks within the agency account. While sub account users have certain permissions within the agency account, there are some limitations.
How to Add Sub Account Users
To add a sub account user to your agency account, follow these steps:
In the left side of the platform click 'Sub-accounts'
Once open, you can click "New Sub-account"
You will then add in the details of the new sub account holder
The new sub account holder will receive an email to set up a new password.
Once they've set up a password they will have their own login details to the agency account.
Managing Sub Account Users
As the agency owner, you have the ability to manage and edit the permissions of your sub account users.
You can assign / reassign a client to a sub account holder
Turn access on or off for sub account holders
Sub account holders can create new campaigns and clients
By default all sub accounts have access to all clients if not already assigned certain clients already.
