If you are trying to move onto the next step of adding in a creative, a common issue we have is the tracking event step. This step may appear like the screenshot below:

This step is optional and can be closed by clicking the grey "X" highlighted in the red box. This will allow you to continue with the next step of adding in your creative without any interruptions.
