How to Reactivate Your Ninety Account After Pausing Your Subscription
In this article, we'll explain how to reactivate your Ninety account and ensure that all your previous data remains intact.
Reactivation Scenarios
You may need to reactivate your account under the following conditions:
Your account was canceled due to an unsuccessful payment.
Your account was manually set to inactive and needs a new billing setup.
Your account was downgraded to a limited Free version after an expired free trial.
Your subscription lapsed due to an outdated or invalid payment method.
How to Reactivate Your Account
The account Owner or an Admin user can follow these instructions to complete the reactivation process: If the account is under someone else's name, the Admin or Owner must complete the reactivation steps.
Navigate to Billing settings. Click your name at the bottom of the left navigation, then click Billing.
Click “Explore Plans.” Review our four pricing plans and select the right one for your company.
Choose between Monthly or Annual billing options.
Click 'Select Plan' for the desired option.
Add or update billing information. Add an active credit card and a billing email address. Learn more about billing and payments here. Once the payment is processed, your account will be reactivated instantly.
Data Retention
All your previous data will remain intact and accessible after reactivating your account, including: The subscription will also resume with the original renewal date.

Archived items (completed Rocks, discussed Issues, etc.)

User information in the Directory tool
