How Ninety's Pricing Plans Work
Ninety is a centralized platform for teams working toward a shared vision. We have three paid pricing plans and one free option, so your organization can choose one that meets its current needs.
Thrive is for organizations that want all our advanced features and AI-powered, in-app assistance.
Accelerate is for organizations ready to scale with powerful insights and long-term planning support.
Essentials is for organizations building their foundation with weekly meetings and vision planning.
Free is best for new organizations to document their business plan and begin building their future.
For current pricing, visit Ninety's pricing page.
Each plan has access to different tools and features on Ninety's platform. For increased customization, we also have user roles to limit which team members on your account can edit, view, or create. All users in your company are on the same subscription plan, so you cannot have some users on one plan and others on a different plan.
Free plan
Ninety's Free plan provides the following tools:
Assessments (Baseline and Org Fitness Review).
Knowledge Portal (read-only content provided by Ninety).
Language configuration (custom tool and feature names).
Directory (add users, create teams, and manage permissions).
Companies on the Free plan cannot create items (such as Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues). For more detail, see What's Included with Ninety's Free Plan.
Essentials plan
The Essentials plan includes everything in the Free plan and the following:
Meetings (weekly meetings only, with a default agenda you can customize at the team level).
Project management integrations — native two-way To-Do sync with Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, and Todoist. Available on every paid plan.
Custom Assessments — available on every paid plan.
Accelerate plan
The Accelerate plan includes everything in Essentials and the following:
Custom meeting agendas (and access to other default agendas).
1-on-1 tool for quarterly and annual discussions.
Delegate & Elevate in the mobile app (also available on Thrive and Legacy).
Thrive plan
The Thrive plan includes everything in Accelerate and the following:
Personalized meeting prep reports (currently in closed beta).
Note: Maz, Ninety's AI companion, is currently available to all users and companies on any paid subscription plan — Essentials, Accelerate, Thrive, and Legacy — not just Thrive. That includes Ask Maz, drafting and refining SMART Rocks, building Org Chart Seats, and the Scorecard Optimizer. The only Thrive-gated Maz feature is personalized meeting prep reports.
