These instructions help format current and past information so that Ninety support staff can upload the data into your new (or existing) account.
This upload service is available for Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, and Metrics. We can also upload your Vision and Responsibility Chart, but those do not need to be in a specific format.
Our team can load the information after you:
Set up the spreadsheets using these templates.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org the templates and the names/emails of team members to invite.
Specify the email address which would be best to receive account/billing information.
After receiving the above information, the account will be updated in less than 72 hours.
Here's some more detail on those two steps:
1. Data Set-Up
Linked here are the templates you'll need. Download the spreadsheet and enter data into the appropriate tab(s).
Do you have multiple teams?
Create a tab for each team's info and label the tab accordingly. (Example: Leadership: To-dos & Marketing: To-dos)
Be sure each team member you have assigned an item to is INVITED and on the team to whom we are uploading the data.
Required information has a red header.
Entering an archived date will automatically put that item in the archives.
The ID field on Issues is only to number each one.
If you wish to put your Measurable on multiple Scorecards, only add it to the template once.
You can easily add it to multiple Scorecards when it is in the system.
Adding/Inviting People: You can provide names and emails of each person so we can add them to your Accountability Chart, PLUS let us know if they should be an active user (meaning they can be assigned content and are a paid user).
Note: Let us know if we should not email the invites to activate users right away. You can let us know this on the directory tab of the spreadsheet.
2. Email the templates
Send the completed spreadsheets to email@example.com or via online chat. Include the team name for the uploaded content. Please include a list of all users to invite to the Ninety app. We will ask any clarifying questions after verifying the data.
