Covered in This Article

Our Support Team can upload data to your account to give you a seamless transition to using Ninety. We can create your account, invite your team members, and populate any data you already have.

Email your Client Success Manager or dataupload@ninety.io with any questions.

Tip: If you're uploading content from software like Trello, Asana, or Bloom Growth (Traction Tools), click here.

Format Your Data

  1. Put your Rocks*, To-Dos*, Issues*, and KPIs* into this template.
Column titles in red are necessary information for the data transfer.

  2. Fill out the people you would like invited and what teams to put them on.

  3. Generate PDFs, Word Docs, and Screenshots of your Vision* and Responsibilities Chart* — those do not need to be in a specific format.

Send Us Your Data

You can use this form to send us the data compiled from the previous section. The form also includes basic information that helps us format your account correctly, like users and teams.

After we have received the information, the account is updated in less than 72 business hours. Our data upload team sends you updates throughout the process.

FAQ

What if I have data from multiple teams?

If you have multiple teams, create a tab for each team in your copy of the data upload template and label the tab with the team's name and where the data should go.

For example, "Leadership Team To-Dos*" or "Marketing Rocks*."

Will Ninety save our old data?

If you want to bring data to store in your account's archives, enter the dates associated with the items. Anything with a past date is held in the archives.

For example, you can attribute past dates to your previous Rocks*.

What does the ID field on the data upload template mean for Issues?

An Issue* is a matter to be discussed and resolved during a meeting. The ID column in the data upload template does not indicate priority or urgency for any Issue*. The ID field simply helps us with organizing your data.

What if I want to apply a KPI to multiple Scorecards?

If you want to apply the same KPI* to multiple Scorecards*, you only need to add it to the template once. We can easily add it to various Scorecards* after it is in our system. Let us know if this is the case, and we'd be happy to help.

Do I have to pay for every team member I put in the Directory?

Not every person in your Directory* has to be a paid user. Only paid users can be assigned items such as Rocks*, Issues*, or To-Dos*, but anyone in your Directory* can hold a Seat in your Responsibilities Chart*.
