Add all Employees to your Accountability Chart

You are not charged for people in your Directory, so add ALL employees to the Directory for them to go on the Accountability Chart.

NOTE: You can only complete these steps if you are the role of Manager or higher.

1. Add a Person

Go to the Directory and click on the Add Person icon in the upper-right corner. 

Fill out at least the First Name, Last Name and Email Address in the form, then click ADD.

Clicking add will NOT email the person an invitation. 

Done! You can now add them to the Accountability Chart!

Want this person to be on your team to get assigned Rocks, Todos, Issues or review them in Feedback? Invite them to be a user.

2. Invite Person to be a User

If you would like to invite this person to be a user in your account, select INVITE to the far right of their name. If Invite is not there, then they are already an active user in the account

You can then verify the email, assign them to a team, select their role and press INVITE. Have the new team member check their email for the link to activate their account.

Once you have people added or users invited add them to your Accountability Chart!
