How to Update Profile Information

Upload a profile image, change email, reset a password, and more from the "My Account" page. Plus, edit the team in the Directory.

Updating account information

Go to My Account using the person icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to make desired updates. Any information entered here is visible to others in the organization.  

Editing user information

  1. Click pencil icon

  2. Add/update any fields

  3. Save changes

The My Profile section contains information anyone in the Directory* can view; while the Account Details section is what users access to log in.

Changing login information

In the Account Details section of the Profile, you can change email addresses, passwords, and phone numbers. Once in Account Details, you can use the updated information to log in.

Tip: Edit and save each section as you fill in the information.

Uploading a Profile Picture

Click the profile image in My Profile. Choose a .png or .jpg from a computer and click Upload. This image appears across the account next to KPIs*, Rocks*, To-Dos*, and Issues*.

Updating a teammate's information

To edit information for others in an account, visit the Directory*. All functionality of editing and uploading works the same as on the My Account page. To edit the user's information, follow these steps:

  1. Click the pencil icon.

  2. Add/update any fields.

  3. Click the check mark to save changes.

Note: Owners and Admins are the only roles able to edit ALL people on the Directory*. If you have limited to no access, it is because you are a Manager* or Team Member*.
