This article will be a high level overview of the Scorecard features with links to more content. The video below is one of our Product Office Hours Webinar series which takes you into a deep dive of the Scorecard function!

There is about 30 minutes of Scorecard overview and 45 minutes of IDS™.

Building your Scorecard:

Your Scorecard is made up of measurables, and when a measurable is created, it can live on as many teams as you need.

Learn more about measurable creation here.

Types of Measurables & Goals

Each measurable can have a unique unit, meaning it is tracked as:

  • Number

  • Currency

  • Percentage

  • Yes/No

  • Time (HH:MM:SS)

Choose how you would like to track your measurable, and establish a goal. Each goal you can select a range, or greater than, less than, or equal to in order to determine if each score is successful. We call this the Goal Orientation Rule.

Settings

You have a variety of settings to choose from on your Scorecard, accessible directly on that page. Just click on the gear icon and you will see options to change the Weekly Start Day, Average and Total Columns and Color Indicator. You can also choose if you would like to see the current week on the given team you are viewing.

Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual

All Scorecard intervals work the same way. Add a measurable to weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual with the and choose to create a new or add an existing. Once a measurable is created in a certain interval, it cannot be changed because there is no way for the data to transition between the different time frames accurately.

To learn more about the Trailing 4 & 13 Weeks function being released, watch the video above! It will allow you to see your weekly data at a longer interval.

Quarterly Pre-Populated Measurables

On the Quarterly Scorecard, there are default measurables given to the Leadership Team when the account is created. Learn more about those here!
