Welcome to the My90 page, your home base in Ninety.io. This individualized dashboard lists all the content you are responsible for.

2. Next is the CREATE button, your go to for new To-Do’s, Rocks, Issues, and Headlines.
All you need to do is select:
- What it is - Title
- Where it goes - Team
- Who it’s for - Owner
- When it’s due - Due Date (not available on Issues/Headlines)
The item you create belongs to the individual, but all members of the team are able to view it.
To-Do’s are your tasks. They can range from critically important to personal chores. Typically they are a week long, and often result from IDSing Issues.
Personal To-Do’s only show up for you on the My90 page. To-Do’s without the Personal tag are visible to your team members.
Rocks are your highest priorities of the quarter. Use this list to manage their status.
- Establish SMART Rocks - even considering how they could positively impact your company’s 1 Year Plan.
- Set up Milestones. Milestones allow you to establish smaller, more manageable goals and loop in your coworkers' help and expertise.

Remember: Just because you own the Rock does not mean you do all the work. However, it does mean you are responsible for it. As the owner, you secure the resources, delegate Milestones, and set timelines. If the Rock slips off-track, add it to the Issues list so it can be IDS’d and put back on-track.
Milestones are how you break your Rock into smaller, more manageable goals. They can be sequenced, giving your Rock a definitive path to completion, or shotgunned out to multiple members of your organization, with each Milestone accomplishing a specific component of the Rock.
Your Milestones show up on your My90 page just below the Rocks tab. A Rock icon appears next to your Milestone’s due date, clicking this will bring you to the Rock allowing you to make updates and comments.
The My Measurables tab lists out the Measurables you are responsible for. You can decide if you should fill those out each week, or delegate to another team member. Updating the information here updates the Measurable on your team’s Scorecard. Remember: Your measurables can live on multiple teams, or only right here for you on My 90.
The My90 charts reflect To-Do, Rock, and Measurable data. The dropdown menus allow you to filter content by team and type of graph.
To-Do Chart: Presents To-Dos that have been created in the last 90 days only. This includes archived to-dos. Completion percentage is based on the original due date, rather than the most recent date its been updated to.
Rocks Chart: Displays the status of all Rocks that have not been archived or deleted.
Measurables Chart: Measurable performance based on the last three data periods for the time frame selected. Green means it has been on track for all 3, yellow indicates missed 1+ period, and red indicates all 3 scores have been below goal.
While the My90 page already puts your content in one spot, you can further filter items by selecting teams In the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
