ℹ️ The Live Monitor is your default view when you sign in. You can return to it anytime from the main menu.
Dashboard Overview
When you first access the Live Monitor, you'll see multiple sections working together to give you a complete picture of your listener activity.
The dashboard automatically refreshes to keep your data current without manual reloads. Keep it open in a browser tab to monitor trends throughout your broadcast day.
Live Listeners Graph
The Live Listeners Graph shows your current active listener count with real-time updates. This visualization tracks listener trends over time, helping you identify peak listening periods and sudden changes in audience size.
What it tells you:
Current listener count — The exact number of people streaming your app right now
Trend direction — Whether your audience is growing, steady, or declining
Historical comparison — How current activity compares to recent time periods
Use this data to time your content. If you notice a spike, it's a great moment to engage listeners with announcements, contests, or social media callouts.
Real-Time Activity Map
The geographic activity map visualizes where your listeners are tuning in from around the world. Each marker represents active listeners in a specific location.
Geographic insights help you:
Understand your reach — See which cities, regions, or countries are actively listening
Tailor your content — Adjust programming for different time zones or regional audiences
Plan promotions — Target marketing efforts in areas with strong listener concentration
Discover new markets — Identify unexpected listener locations you might not have known about
💡 If you see listeners in unexpected regions, consider mentioning those areas on-air to create a personal connection with distant fans.
Suggested Actions
The AI-powered Suggested Actions panel analyzes your listener data and recommends specific actions to maximize engagement. These suggestions appear dynamically based on real-time patterns.
Common suggestions include:
Send push notifications during peak times — Alert inactive users when your live audience is growing
Promote popular content — Highlight shows or segments that are driving listener spikes
Re-engage dormant listeners — Reach out to users who haven't opened your app recently
Capitalize on trending activity — Act on unexpected listener surges before momentum fades
The system continuously monitors patterns like sudden listener growth, geographic clustering, or time-based trends to surface the most relevant opportunities.
Quick Actions
When the AI detects a high-value opportunity, you'll see Quick Action buttons directly in the dashboard. These let you act instantly without navigating to other sections.
For example, if the system notices growing listener activity, you might see a "Send Push" button to immediately notify your broader user base about your live stream. Click the button to launch the action flow without leaving the Live Monitor.
✅ Acting quickly on AI suggestions can significantly boost listener numbers during peak opportunities.
Best Practices
Keep the Live Monitor open during broadcasts. Set it as a pinned tab so you can glance at real-time data while managing your programming.
Respond to AI suggestions within 10-15 minutes. Engagement opportunities have a short window—act while listener momentum is building.
Cross-reference with your programming schedule. Use listener spikes to identify which shows, segments, or music styles resonate most with your audience.
Check geographic patterns weekly. Look for consistent regional trends that could inform content strategy or partnership opportunities.
Combine with Data Reports for deeper analysis. The Live Monitor shows what's happening now; your historical reports reveal long-term patterns. Use both together for comprehensive insights.

Troubleshooting
Dashboard not updating? Refresh your browser. The Live Monitor updates automatically, but occasionally network issues can pause the refresh cycle.
No listeners showing when you know people are listening? Check that your stream URL is configured correctly and that listeners are using the latest version of your app. Outdated apps may not report listener data properly.
Geographic data missing or inaccurate? Location data depends on IP-based geolocation, which isn't always precise. VPN users or listeners behind corporate networks may appear in unexpected locations. Not all users opt-in to location sharing. These reports only indicate users who have opted-in.
Suggested Actions not appearing? The AI generates suggestions based on activity patterns. If your listener count is very low or stable, there may not be actionable opportunities to display. Suggestions become more frequent as your audience grows.
