Weekly Schedule

The Weekly Schedule feature lets you create a programming calendar that displays show times, hosts, and descriptions in your app.

Navigate to Weekly Schedule from the left sidebar:

Schedule Overview

The schedule displays your programs in a weekly grid by day and time:

Schedule features:

  • Timezone Selection: Set your broadcast timezone in the top-right dropdown. This allows the app to display your show times in your listeners local time.

  • Pause/Archive: Temporarily take a show out of rotation without losing the settings. Turn them back on when needed.

Adding Programs

Click the Add Program button to create a new show:

Fill out the program details form:

Program fields:

  • Program Name: Show title (e.g., "Morning Drive," "The Jazz Hour")

  • Day(s): Select one or multiple days (supports recurring programs)

  • Start Time and End Time: Broadcast window - note these are listed in 24H format

  • Description: Brief summary of the show (optional)

  • Long Description: Get more in depth for listeners who want to know more (optional)

  • Program Image: Upload show artwork (optional)

  • Recurring: Toggle to repeat weekly

After saving, your program appears in the schedule:

Managing Programs

Hover over any program to reveal action buttons:

Available actions:

  • Edit (pencil icon): Modify program details, times, or image

  • Pause (pause icon): Temporarily hide the program without deleting it

  • Archive (download icon): Move the program to your archive for future use

  • Delete: Permanently remove the program (usually via edit menu)

ℹ️ Schedule changes sync to your app within minutes. You can also add the Weekly Schedule as a widget on your App Home Screen.
