If you have created your own Apple Developer or Google Play Developer account and provided us Administrator access, there is no need to reply to any messages receive concerning the review of your app. Our Submissions team receives the same messages and will manage the follow up on your behalf.
Please note that from time to time Apple and Google will send you messages about app compliance and future development requirements. Again, our team will receive the same messages and ensure that the apps we develop conform to any updated requirements.

When you need to do something
Apple: Terms and Conditions updates - Apple updates their terms a few times a year, the Apple Developer account owner must accept these new terms (that's you!)
Google Play: Verification Required - for various reasons, Google Play will ask the account owner to verify identity details. For example, if you've recently changed an address in your DUNS record, or updated your phone number. Google Play may ask you to verify the new information in your account as well.
