Looking to customize your app's Home Page and add your own links? The Custom Link tiles feature (available for Plus and Pro apps) allows you to add your own links to launch an in-app webview or externally in the device browser. You can provide any URL for these Custom Link Tiles to link to such things as pages on your website, any interesting content you would like to provide.
To add a Custom Link Tile:
Head over to the App Setup tab and go to Tile Settings.
Click the + button on the tile of your choice.
Choose type of Custom Link tile to create: In-App Link or External Browser Link.
Click on continue. You can now customize your tile.
For the Tile Settings:
Name: This field is for the name that appears in bold at the top of the tile in your app. The name should be limited to 10-15 characters in order to fit nicely in the space provided.
Text: The Text field is a brief description of the content your tile links to. If you have an image in the Thumbnail, the optimal length for the text is 26 characters or less in order for entire text to show. If there is no image on your tile, you can have up to 100 characters in this field.
Thumbnail: Provide the URL that links to the image you wish to see on the Custom Tile. Please note, you can use static images or GIFs as the Thumbnail. Please test to ensure your GIF is displaying correctly.
Click URL: This field is for the URL that links to the content you want the tile to navigate to.
