We have a log-in based method to allow the apps to display information from your Instagram account to a tile within the app. All Instagram accounts must be Business accounts and must be connected to a Facebook account.
To add your Instagram account please follow these steps (RECOMMENDED to be completed on Desktop, not Mobile):
Make sure to go to the Feed Settings section of the App Setup Tab
Click the "Manage Connection" button
You will be asked to login to Facebook and allow access to your Instagram business account content.
Lastly, click on your Instagram account where it's displayed in the final window and it will be connected to your custom app.
Extend Connection
Every 60 days you will need to login and click the Extend Connection button in this field to renew our access to your Instagram content. This will keep the posts updating in the Activity tab and any Instagram tiles on the homepage.
Click Extend Connection
Click Reconnect on the popup window
Are you having trouble?
If you have multiple Instagram accounts connected to a single login. Please logout of your Instagram account and login to only the account you wish to add. Then return to NobexPartners.com and complete this process. The system will be able to add the account successfully.
