Brand Updates - Logo, App name, Tag line, Splash Image Stream Updates, Social Media Integration

Brand Updates

NOTE: Brand Updates require app version updates and will be completed by the Nobex team within 10-15 business days

Updating the look of your app is easy! Click the Workshop tab and go to the Brand Builder section:

Radio App Details

Logo: simply click Browse and select your new image file. Then click Upload and Apply Changes. Keep in mind what makes a good logo.

Radio App Name: Enter your app name in the Radio App Name Field

Tag Line: Enter your tag line in the Tag Line field

Click on Apply Changes

Application Theme Color: Choose a new color from the color wheel, or click a color in your logo image to get a perfect match! Click Save.

Splash Page image:

  1. Scroll down to the Application Splash Screen section on the Station Settings screen

  2. Click Browse and select your image (621 width x 1104 height or 1242 x 2208 pixel)

  3. Click Upload.

Stream Updates

NOTE: Stream updates will take effect within 30 minutes.

To make changes to your stream, simply go to Workshop and click on Stream Manager:

Stream Updates: Click the refresh symbol to reconnect to an existing URL, or click "Remove" to Delete. Add a new stream URL in the line below and click the + to submit.

* Please ensure you have a stream listed for your app at all times to avoid dead air.

Integration Manager

In the Workshop you can manage your Social media and On Demand Content for the app in the Feed Hub on the Integration Manager tab:

Facebook Integration​

To add your Facebook content, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Workshop > Feed Hub > Feed Integration Manager

  2. Click the Connect button on the Facebook Integration

  3. You will be asked to allow access to your Facebook pages, you can select which page to allow access to if you manage multiple pages (What to do if you don't see all your pages is listed below ⬇️ ).

  4. Every 60 days, you will need to log in and extend access by clicking on the Extend Connection button on the Feed Settings page.

NOTE: You cannot have any restrictions in your Facebook page settings. This includes restrictions on Age, or Location etc. If you have restrictions in place, the integration will not succeed.

To make this process as smooth as possible, please be sure to make yourself an admin on your Station's Facebook page so that you can extend access as necessary.

***If you are unable to proceed and receive a warning message indicating that there is not a secure connection to transfer information, please log out of your Nobex account and then log back in, making sure that you are logging in at https://www.nobexpartners.com.

What if I don't see my pages listed?

  1. You will need to visit the Business Integration settings in your Facebook account

  2. Beside Nobex Partners click View & Edit

  3. Toggle the "Show a list of the Pages you manage" option to ON

  4. Save

  5. Login to your Nobex Partners Dashboard and add your Facebook account, you should now see a full list of your pages to choose from

What if I am having trouble reconnecting the account?

If you're having trouble extending access, or if you've removed the account and are trying to add it back. You might need to remove any tiles or sections/widgets that are associated with the account from your homepage and then try again.

Instagram Integration

We have a log-in based method to allow the apps to display information from your Instagram account to a tile within the app. All Instagram accounts must be Business accounts and must be connected to a Facebook account.

To add your Instagram account please follow these steps (RECOMMENDED to be completed on Desktop, not Mobile):

  1. Go to the Workshop > Feed Hub > Feed Integration Manager

  2. Click the Connect button on the Instagram Integration

  3. You will be asked to login to Facebook and allow access to your Instagram business account content.

Lastly, click on your Instagram account where it's displayed in the final window and it will be connected to your custom app.

Extend Connection

Every 60 days you will need to login and click the Extend button in this field to renew our access to your Instagram content. This will keep the posts updating in the Activity tab and any Instagram tiles on the homepage.

  1. Click Extend

  2. Click Reconnect on the popup window


Are you having trouble?

If you have multiple Instagram accounts connected to a single login. Please logout of your Instagram account and login to only the account you wish to add. Then return to NobexPartners.com and complete this process. The system will be able to add the account successfully.

What if I am having trouble reconnecting the account?

YouTube Integration

To add your YouTube content, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Workshop > Feed Hub > Feed Integration Manager

  2. Click the Connect button on the Instagram Integration

  3. Click Manage Connection on the YouTube feed field

  4. Complete the signing in the pop-up window

  5. Select your brand/channel that you want to associate with the app

  6. When returned to the Nobex Partners dashboard, you'll need to select the Brand/Channel once again to confirm synching that channel content in the app.

Troubleshooting

  • If you are currently logged into YouTube on the browser you are using, please log out before completing this process

  • Ensure that the account you are trying to add is associated with the email address you are using to login to YouTube in the pop-up window

  • Safari users: ensure you have permitted pop-ups on the browser

  • Chrome users: When setting up the account on a Chrome browser, make sure to either:

    • A) Use the Chrome account associated with your YouTube channel (ie log into your Nobex Dashboard on the Chrome account that is associated with your YouTube channel), or

    • B) Ensure that the Chrome profile you are currently logged into your Nobex dashboard with also has access to your YouTube channel. You can verify this by following these steps:

      • Going to YouTube and clicking your profile:

      • Making sure that your account is listed:


    • If your account is not listed, you will need to add the account:

Contact Details

To update your contact details go to Workshop > App Contact Details. Make your changes and click on Save Details:
