By clicking on the Reports section in the left menu, you’ll gain access to a wide range of metrics collected from your app users. These insights provide a comprehensive overview of your radio station's performance, helping you identify areas for improvement to enhance listener engagement. Each of these metrics is downloadable as a CSV file for your convenience and detailed analysis.

Activity Metrics

This set of metrics will give you a comprehensive view of the key indicators you've observed on the dashboard homepage:

Streaming Sessions Per Day: This metric provides a full review of your app's broadcasting activity over the last 24 months. It highlights the peak days when your radio app achieved the highest number of streaming sessions.

Streaming Hours Per Day: Similar to the above metric, this one calculates the total time users spent listening to your radio each day, rather than just counting the number of sessions. This helps you understand user engagement and loyalty.

Downloads of the Apps: This metric tracks the number of app downloads from the first day your app launched in stores, giving you insights into the periods when your app saw the most downloads.

Registrations by Device Type: This is particularly useful if you have both Android and iOS apps. It shows you the distribution of users across these platforms, helping you identify if there's a dominance of users on one platform over the other.

On Demand Metrics

This section will provide you with detailed insights into the performance of your On Demand content within the app. By selecting a specific period of time, you can generate reports that meet your needs. Set the start and end dates, then click “Show Report” to view the following metrics:

On Demand Shows: This metric displays the rating of your episodes and show lists. It includes the number of rotations and the total number of On Demand episodes played during the selected period.

On Demand Platforms: This provides information on the sources that users utilized to listen to the On Demand episodes during the specified period. It helps you understand which platforms are most popular among your listeners.

On Demand Bandwidth: This metric shows the total amount of gigabytes transmitted to broadcast your On Demand episodes over the last month. It gives you an idea of the data usage and bandwidth consumption of your content.

On Demand Storage: This metric indicates the total storage space occupied by your On Demand content in the app. If no new episodes were added in the last month, you'll see a straight line representing the overall storage in gigabytes. The storage increases with each new item added and decreases when items are deleted.

Likes Metrics

This section gathers data on how listeners interact with the songs recently featured on your playlist. You will see two tables: one for the likes that users left and another for dislikes. Tracks are organized by a Top-10 rating and divided over the last four weeks.

This data will help you understand which tracks are popular among listeners and which are not. With this information, you can edit your programming to better align with your listeners' preferences.

Charts Metrics

Here you’ll find additional metrics that provide deeper insights into how your playlist influences listener behavior:

Top Cranked Up Songs: This shows the list of tracks that prompted users to open the app upon receiving a notification that the track was streaming. You can adjust the time period to view more detailed information instead of an overall rating.

Top Songs (Listened To): This table, similar to the previous section, focuses on the number of active listeners during particular song rotations over the last month.

Top Songs (Engaged With): This rating includes interactions with a song, whether it's a like, dislike, or share.

Turn Off Song: This rating shows the tracks that were playing when listeners exited the app and stopped their livestream.
