How to get your app update live in the stores

Some changes to your app will require a new version to be submitted to the store. (learn more about how to update your logo image, app name, tag line, description or splash page image).

Stream updates are processed immediately and don't require a version update.

NEW!! Logo updates can now happen without a version update. You will have two options to update your logo image.

Fastest: we can update your logo inside the app. This means the app icon on the device home page and store listings will not be updated, but when your logo displays inside the app it will show your new logo. Watch for an email with more details from our Submissions Team following an update request.

Regular: If you need your logo to be updated on the app icon and store listings as well, we will process a regular version update as before.

Updates are included free of charge for the Basic, Plus, and Pro plans. For all other apps an update processing fee of $60 must be submitted. You can submit payment via PayPal here. These updates are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Please add your app name in the notes section.

If your app is on the Core plan and you wish to request a version update, simply submit the update fee and include your request in the notes section along with your app name.

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2018 users currently on the Core plan will need to transfer their apps to their own developer accounts prior to an update. Please do not submit the update fee until your app is transferred.

Nobex Partners will update apps to recent version releases periodically at our discretion.
