Generally, the following are the formalities for a valid Will:
It has to be in writing and signed by you and 2 witnesses who all need to be in the presence of each other;
you must be 18 or above;
you must have the intention to make a Will; and
you must have the mental capacity to give instructions to prepare the Will and sign the Will with the witnesses.
