This guide walks you through buying and using an ISP proxy on NodeMaven. ISP proxies - also called Static Residential - are dedicated IPs that don't change for the duration of your order. What ISP proxy is (and isn't)
An ISP proxy gives you a dedicated IP registered to a real ISP but hosted on datacenter infrastructure - residential-level trust with datacenter speed and stability.
Yours for the duration of your order. The IP doesn't change unless you swap it.
Unlimited traffic per IP. No GB metering.
Country-level targeting only. No region, city, or ZIP filters.
Billed per IP. Not per GB.
Step 1 - Open the ISP proxies page
In the dashboard, click ISP proxies in the left navigation. You'll land on the page titled "Static Residential (ISP)". The page has two tabs:
Buy new - configure and purchase a new ISP order
My proxies - view, manage, and swap the ISP IPs you already own
Step 2 - Configure your order
On the Buy new tab, three feature cards at the top summarize what's included:
Unlimited traffic - no limits, no boundaries
Scamalytics quality check - every IP is quality-checked before delivery
Free swap included - one free IP swap per order per renewal cycle
Below, configure:
IPs quantity - pick a preset (3, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1000) or choose Custom for any other amount
Protocol - HTTP or SOCKS
Plan - 30 days or 90 days
Location - choose one country from the list below
The Order details panel on the right updates in real time with your Number of IPs, Price per IP, Country, Traffic (always "Unlimited" for ISP), Protocol, Plan, and Total. Click Continue to checkout when ready.
Your order renews automatically. All purchases are set to automatic renewal by default, so your IPs stay active without you having to do anything. You can turn this off at any time from the order's Details page - see Managing your order below.
Step 3 - Choose a country
ISP proxies are available in 9 countries:
United States (US)
Hong Kong (HK)
Germany (DE)
France (FR)
United Kingdom (UK)
Romania (RO)
Brazil (BR)
Turkey (TR)
Italy (IT)
The country list is updated from time to time as new inventory comes online. We don't accept custom country requests, and we can't offer countries that aren't on this list. If you need a country not shown here - or city/region/ZIP-level targeting - use our Residential proxies instead. Rotating Residential proxies cover approximately 190 countries with full city, region, and ISP filters.
Step 4 - After purchase
Once your order is confirmed, a green banner appears at the bottom of the dashboard: "ISP Proxies Ready - Your ISP proxies have been allocated and are ready to use." Click My proxies on the ISP proxies page to see your order.
The My proxies table lists each order with columns for Location, Order ID, Quantity, Protocol, Subscription (Active / Expired), and Due on (expiration date). Click Details on the row to see your individual IPs and manage the order.
Step 5 - Understand your ISP proxy string
Click Details on your order to see the credentials. Each IP appears with four fields: IP, Port, Username, Password.
Toggle between Table and List views. In List view, the credentials are formatted as ready-to-paste strings. Format: IP:Port:Username:Password. For example, a four-IP order looks like this, with all four sharing the same port and credentials:

How ISP credentials are structured
Three things worth knowing:
Every IP in the order shares the same username and password. In the example above, all four IPs use nodemavenABcD0 and zzYWZb01abcD. You do not get a separate credential set per IP.
The host is the IP itself. When you configure the proxy in your tool, use the IP address (for example 123.11.22.35) as the host.
The port is assigned at purchase and shared across all IPs in the order. In the example above, all four IPs use port
11000. Always use the port shown in your proxy string.
Use Export to download your credentials as .csv, .txt, or .xlsx.
Step 6 - Use your proxy
Paste the IP, port, username, and password into your browser, anti-detect tool, or code library. Most anti-detect browsers accept the full string format directly.
Checking an IP
Each IP row on the Order Details page has a Check proxy button. Click it and we run a live check on that IP, showing you three things:
Fraud risk - for example, "Low fraud risk."
Resolved location and IP - for example, "US, New York, New York City, 188.215.124.227"
A link to Scamalytics for that IP, so you can see the full report
Use Check proxy first whenever you're unsure about an IP. It reports against the same benchmark we use when we deliver your IPs.
One thing to note: Check proxy resolves your IP down to a city, but you can't choose a city when ordering ISP proxies. Targeting is country-level only. Seeing "New York, New York City" means that's where the IP resolves, not something you selected.
Labelling and finding your orders
If you run more than one ISP order, two features make them easier to manage:
Notes - add a free-text label to any order from the Notes section at the bottom of the Order Details page. Use it for whatever helps you tell orders apart, for example "Marketing account" or "Client A".
Search - the search box on the My proxies tab searches by Order ID, Notes, or IP. Label your orders with Notes, then find them by typing part of the label.
Managing your order
On the Order Details page, the Settings section at the bottom includes:
Swap your IPs - one free swap per order per renewal cycle. Pressing Swap IPs replaces every IP in your order with new ones from the same country, on the same assigned port. Your configuration keeps working - only the IP octets change. All replacement IPs pass the same Scamalytics quality check. The dashboard shows a "Swaps left" counter so you always know what's available.
Subscription settings - your order renews automatically by default. Use Extend to add another billing period on top, or Cancel to stop automatic renewal. Cancelling doesn't end your order immediately: it stays active until the current billing period finishes, and the IPs are released after that.
