Nodes.bio transforms your ideas into interactive network visualizations in seconds. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Log in

Visit https://nodes.bio and log in with your account.

Step 2: Describe what you want to visualize

In the text box, describe your workflow, process, or system in plain English. Be specific about the steps and relationships.

Example prompts:

• "Create a loan approval workflow with credit check, income verification, and final decision"

• "Show the DNA damage response pathway"

• "Map out a college admissions process from application to enrollment"

Step 3: Generate

Click the "Generate Graph" button. The AI will create your visualization in 20-30 seconds.

Step 4: Explore and edit

Your graph appears with:

Nodes representing key concepts or steps

Edges showing relationships and flow

• Interactive controls to zoom, pan, and rearrange

Click any node to edit its label, type, or color.

Step 5: Export

Click "Export" to save your graph as JSON. This includes your original prompt so you can recreate or modify it later.
