If you know your password but need to change it, you can do it by following these easy steps:
Click on your Profile icon in the top right corner
Go to Profile settings and select Password change
Enter your new password and confirm it by clicking on the Save changes button
Voilà! You will receive an email confirmation for your password change.
However, if you've forgotten your password, don't worry. You can reset it by:
Clicking the Log in button in the upper right corner of the webpage
Selecting Forgot your password
Entering your email address you are registered with
Following the provided steps to input your email and receive an email with guidelines for resetting your password.
In the email, you'll find a link Reset Your Password. Choose your new password and click Save changes.
Now, you can log into your NOLD account.
