Selecting the location

Choosing the right studio begins with selecting the appropriate location. The term "location" refers to the building where you want to stay – the key determinant being the desired location. You can find all locations and their location information on our website under the location details.

Studio sizes

Next, you should consider the size of the studio you want to book. Studio sizes range from 15m² to 55m² depending on the location. You can choose your desired studio size during the reservation.

It is not possible to obtain the studio number or floor information before making the reservation. If you need the studio number in advance, for example, for mail redirection, you can directly contact the location staff. You can find the contact information for the location at the bottom of our website by scrolling down.

Studios which has a view in their studio information are typically located on higher floors. You can choose such an option if you prefer a studio on the upper floors.

Additionally, during the booking process, you are welcome to express a preference for a specific floor, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Lightly furnished or fully furnished

If you are making a short-term reservation (less than a month), the studio is automatically fully furnished, and the furnishing level cannot be changed.

For a flexible (over a month) reservation, you can choose between lightly and fully furnished studios.

You can bring your own furniture and items to studios with both furnishing options. However, nothing provided in the studio can be taken away from the studio.
