This section we will talk about how to create and assign reps to sections of neighborhoods to knock.

Starting in the canvassing map, change the mode to areas mode. *note this will only be visible to managers.

Then selecting the 'Add Area' button.

Next: Tap on the map to draw the area, after your 3rd tap you will see the area lines pop up.

If you need to adjust the corner/pin you just tap and hold. that will pop up a yellow bubble. Place directly where you want it to move to.

Then click save.

When you click save it will pop up for you to give the area a name.

Name and also assign a specific office.

You can also adjust the color of the are. This can be helpful for reps with multiple areas.

Now that the are is create you can assign to a rep in that specific office that you selected.

The check mark will save.

Note* if you don't see the rep you are trying to assign. Check that you assigned it to the right office or check that the rep is assigned to the right office.

Red line between houses means they were more than 500ft from the house.

Green line means they were within the boundary of the address.

Essentially means they were at the house when they disposition it. This can show you if reps are just couch surfing or if they are actually out knocking.

This function allows us to keep the reps privacy. We do not track the show the reps location at all times. only if they are by the house or not.

This also helps highlight the time between dispositions.

You can click on individual dates to check in with rep on specific days.
