The Status column in Ad Manager displays the current state of your campaign. The status reflects changes made to the campaign and whether the campaign meets noon ads' policies and requirements.
The table below describes the different statuses you may see and the recommended actions to take.
Campaign Statuses and Actions
Campaign Status | Ads Serving Status* | Details | Recommended Actions |
Live | Ads will be served to customers. | The campaign is active and running. | Monitor campaign performance in the dashboard and analyze key metrics to optimize results. |
Paused | Ads will stop being served to customers. | The campaign is currently inactive because it was manually paused. | To restart your campaign, toggle the status to "Live" in Ad Manager. |
Draft | Ads are not yet served to customers. | The campaign hasn't been submitted for activation. | Complete all necessary fields in the campaign creation process and submit for review. |
Budget Exhausted | Ads will stop being served to customers. | The campaign has exhausted its budget limit. | Increase the campaign budget from the campaigns dashboard or specific campaign settings.
Make sure to check daily budget exhaustion notification emails to keep your campaigns running and avoid exhaustion. |
Completed | Ads will stop being served to customers. | The campaign has ended because the set end date has passed. | Extend the end date of the campaign or create a new campaign if you wish to continue advertising. |
Archived | Ads will not be served to customers. | The campaign is archived and cannot be reactivated. | Create a new campaign if you want to run similar ads again. |
Scheduled | Ads are not yet served to customers. | The campaign has not yet started and is scheduled to begin at a future date. | Adjust the start date in the campaign settings if necessary. |
Pending Approval | Ads are not yet served to customers. | The campaign is under review and will run if approved. | Wait for the review process to complete. Approval may take some time. |
Payment Failed | Ads will stop being served to customers. | The campaign cannot run due to a payment issue. | Check the main campaign dashboard for more details. |
QC Pending | Ads are not yet served to customers. | The campaign is awaiting quality control (QC) review before activation. This applies only to brand ads and display ads. | Wait for the QC review to be completed. No action is required unless issues are flagged. |
QC Rejected | Ads are not yet served to customers. | The campaign was rejected due to not meeting noon ads' creative or policy guidelines. This applies only to brand ads and display ads. | Review the issue on the campaign page and make the necessary changes accordingly. |
Note: Ad Serving Status indicates whether ads from the campaign are eligible to be displayed to customers.
Ads will be served to customers: Ads are eligible to appear and can generate impressions and clicks if they win the auction.
"Ads will stop being served to customers": Ads were previously eligible but will no longer be shown due to changes in campaign status (e.g., budget exhausted, campaign completed, payment failed)
Ads are not yet served to customers: Ads are in draft, scheduled, pending approval, QC pending, or QC rejected and may start serving once conditions are met

Select your campaign from Ad Manager
Check the status and review any flagged issues
Follow the recommended steps mentioned above in the guide to resolve the issue
