We're delighted to introduce the latest version of Noon!

This month, we shipped reports to help you get conclusive about how your team's relationship with work has changed over the course of the past month. We also shipped some serious performance improvements, particularly to the experience you have with Noon from within Slack.

Monthly Reports

This month, we're bringing you one of our most requested features of all time: monthly reports!

On the 28th of each month, you'll get a brand new report distilling insights into your team's relationship with work and how it has evolved since your last report. Reports allow you to compare your team's scores in each of the 6 work-life areas against benchmark scores representing the average company, so you can see how you're doing by comparison. Hover over the bars in the chart to see how your team's answers were distributed!

Monthly reports also show your best-received and worst-received questions over the time period captured, as well as how frequently your team members gave different answers, as well as your biggest energy boosters and energy drainers. Now you can identify your team's biggest mismatches and energy drainers to help you take action!

As ever, we've put privacy first and foremost. You can only access reports you're a part of, and reports are fully anonymised.

To accommodate the reports seamlessly into the Noon app, we've made a couple of changes to how you initiate check-ins. Rather than seeing an "Actions" tab you'll now see a "Reports" tab with your reports and check-in results all in one place. You can initiate a check-in as usual from the top of the Reports page.
