We hinted in our last announcement that we wanted to take Noon AI further in the near future and we’re now ready to unveil what we’ve been working on!

From this week, if you indicate a major mismatch plus an energy drainer in response to one of your daily questions, we’ll follow up the next week to find out how you managed to improve this aspect of your relationship with work or if you plan to seek assistance from your team or your manager in this regard.

Based on your feedback, we’ve identified that a few of our questions simply don’t apply to some of our users.

Noon is used by folks in all roles, from CEOs to team leads, software developers and customer success experts. Now, Noon AI will dynamically adapt these questions to your specific job role: CEOs won’t be asked questions about their managers, but instead about fellow board members. Software developers won’t be asked about their interactions with clients, but instead about end-users, product owners or other stakeholders.

Check-ins have been available since we launched Noon for any user to trigger if they want to find out more about their team’s relationship with a particular area of their working lives.

Now, by analysing your team’s interactions with Noon, Noon AI will proactively start check-ins based on what’s on your team’s mind right now. These will arrive instead of your daily question a maximum of twice per week, so there’s no extra time commitment required from your team.
