Do you remember to test your smoke detectors? Schedule dental checkups? Yeah, neither do we. Plexies to the rescue.

Plexies are...well...eveything. They're the little things that slip between life's cracks. They're the major things that you always miss. They're the things you've never considered. NoPlex comes equipped with thousands of tasks that can jump-start your Chaos-managing creativity and keep you on-track.

How to Get Plexy

Via Search

You can access Plexies via NoPlex's search bar below your search results (whether or not any of your own items matched).

Via the Plexies View

In the navigation bar (on the left side in the web app and the bottom in the mobile apps), you'll see the Plexy icon:

Clicking that takes you to the Plexies view. Here you'll find the featured Plexy category, which changes regularly based on editor-created themes. Below that, you'll find an enormous library of Plexies separated into categories. Browse them or use the Plexy search to filter down based on keyword.

Once you find a Plexy that catches your eye, adding it to your Task list is simple. Just tap the little plus sign next to the Plexy, and boom—it's ready to be part of your plan.

After selecting a Plexy, you’ll be prompted to place it into a collection. Collections are like categories for your Tasks, making it easier to organize everything. Choose from an existing collection or create a new one—your Plexy will fit right in and appear on your Task list in no time.

Edit Plexies

Want to tweak the Plexy? After choosing a collection click edit to adjust anything: due date, reminders, priority level—it’s all up to you. Once you’re done customizing, it will be saved to your Task list, ready for action.

When a task originates from a Plexy, you’ll notice the special Plexy icon on your Task list, so you’ll always know which Tasks were sparked by this lifesaver.

And that’s the beauty of Plexies. They’re here to give you fresh ideas for what needs to get done—things you might not have thought of but are important to stay on top of. Plus, Plexies are always changing and growing, helping you remember those forgettable little things that keep life running smoothly.
