Ever wish your to-do list could just flow? Now it can! NoPlex AI, powered by OpenAI, suggests the most logical next Task based on what you’re already working on. You can choose to ignore or add the recommendation with a tap, making it easier to stay productive without overthinking what comes next.

NoPlex AI uses OpenAI to analyze your Task title and details to generate a suggested next Task. This recommendation is based on the information you provide and is designed to help you maintain momentum. The AI does not make assumptions beyond the data you input; rather, it provides a logical follow-up action that aligns with your Task flow.

As soon as you create and save a Task, NoPlex AI gets to work. Within approximately five seconds, a recommended next Task will appear within the Task details. A lightbulb icon will also appear on the Task list row, indicating that a suggestion has been generated.

AI recommendations are not limited to one-off Tasks—they also apply to Recurring Tasks and Routine-generated Tasks. Any Task created through automation (Recurring Tasks and Routines) will also receive an AI-powered next Task suggestion.

When you mark a Task as complete, you’ll receive a prompt asking if you’d like to add the AI-recommended next Task to your Task list. This ensures that you can keep moving forward without losing momentum. The same applies to recurring and automated Tasks—if AI has generated a recommendation, you’ll have the option to add it right away.

To improve the accuracy of recommendations, follow these best practices:

✅ Use clear, detailed Task titles – Vague titles like “Stuff” or “Work” won’t generate helpful suggestions. Instead, try “Respond to emails” or “Sort laundry.”

✅ Add task descriptions – More context helps AI generate better recommendations. If a Task is complex, include a few details to guide the suggestion.

✅ Be mindful of abbreviations – AI works best with full words rather than shorthand. “MTG prep” may not generate a good recommendation, but “Prepare for team meeting” will.
