Web Access
Access to NoPlex Web (noplex.app) is included with NoPlex+.
Whether you can access NoPlex Web depends on when your account was created and your subscription status.
Grandfathered Accounts
Accounts created before June 7, 2026 are grandfathered into web access.
If your account was created before June 7, 2026:
You have access to NoPlex Web.
You will continue to have access even if you are not subscribed to NoPlex+.
If you subscribed to NoPlex+ prior to June 7, 2026 and later cancel, your web access remains available.
Your grandfathered access is permanent for that account.
Accounts Created On or After June 7, 2026
Accounts created on or after June 7, 2026 require an active NoPlex+ subscription to access NoPlex Web.
If your NoPlex+ subscription ends, access to NoPlex Web will no longer be available until NoPlex+ is reactivated.
The NoPlex mobile app remains available regardless of web access eligibility.
