Troubleshooting Common Issues in NoPlex

Sometimes things don't go as planned and you may occasionally encounter issues that hinder your NoPlex experience. Here you'll find a guide to resolving some of the frequent issues that you might face while using NoPlex.

Syncing Errors:

  • Symptom: Connectivity error messages or changes made in NoPlex are not reflected across different devices or sessions.

  • Resolution: NoPlex is an offline first app which means that you can continue to use the app even when you do not have connectivity. If no Internet connection is available, NoPlex will display "NoPlex is trying to connect" message informing you that this is the case. Any changes you have made while offline will need internet connectivity in order to be synced online and available via your web account. If your connection is fine, try logging out of your NoPlex account and then logging back in. This action often refreshes the system and resolves syncing issues.

Login Difficulties:

  • Symptom: Unable to log in to your NoPlex account.

  • Resolution: Double-check that you are entering the correct username and password or social account. If you're unsure of your password, use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Display Glitches or Task Management Errors:

  • Symptom: Tasks not displaying correctly, or the interface behaves unexpectedly.

  • Resolution: Clear your browser's cache if you're using NoPlex on a web browser, as outdated cache data can sometimes cause display issues. If you're using the NoPlex mobile app, try restarting it; ensure that you close the app completely (not just hidden) before reopening it. Also, it's a good idea to regularly update your NoPlex mobile app. Developers often release updates that fix known bugs and improve overall app performance. Check your app store for any available updates for NoPlex and install them.

App Not Up to Date:

  • Symptom: Experiencing bugs that others don't seem to have.
