What is NoPlex?

NoPlex is the world’s first productivity and personal organization ecosystem optimized for adults with ADHD and anxiety — but perfect for everyone. It lets you create, store, and access information in a way that mirrors the unique way that your mind works.

Who is NoPlex?

We're a few people who have done a lot of things before — together and separately — but now we do this. Meet the team.

Where do "archived" Tasks, Notes, or Routines go?

Our intel is fuzzy, but we believe it to be an abandoned mall parking lot near Santa Cruz, California that contains a bunch of puddles that smell — depending on who you ask — like bleach or sunscreen. It doesn't really matter. What does matter is that they're not gone forever. In future versions of NoPlex, we plan to give you access to (and allow you to search) archived tasks.

Where did Chaos come from?

To be honest, we have no clue. He just started bothering us one day.

We get a lot of question about Chaos.

A few things we do know:

  • His pronouns are he/him.

  • He claims that his "birthday" is June 30, 1908, which coincides with the famed Tunguska event, when a meteor leveled a shocking amount of forest in Russia.

  • Chaos seems to be a monotreme — an organism that primarily exhibits mammalian attributes but which lays eggs as opposed to giving birth to live young.

  • While we say that Chaos "only" eats sticky notes, that's not entirely true. They seem to enjoy some vegetables (especially bok choy), printer ink cartridges, the little flags on mailboxes that indicate that you have something outgoing, and mid-2000's smartphones (he really likes the T-Mobile Sidekick II, so we keep an eye out on eBay, OfferUp, and Facebook Marketplace). However, nearly everything except sticky notes seems to result in — shall we say — "gastric distress."

That yellow/orange color is lovely. What is it?

Thank you. We call it goldenplex and we also think it's lovely. It also smells nice. #FFBF00 hex code, if you're wondering.

Why is this called NoPlex?

No unnecessary, confusing, wasteful, stupid, annoying complexity.
