Practical example
Junior notary Emma Rousseau drafts her first liquidation deed from scratch. She clicks "New Act" in Smart Drafting, selects "From Template", chooses "Liquidation Deed - Standard" created by senior partner. The Text editor opens with the 8-page template loaded and fills 18 variables: {{company_name}} = "SA Dupont Industries", {{registration_number}} = "BE 0123.456.789", {{liquidator_name}} = "Jean Mercier", etc. After that, she selects a complex paragraph about creditor notifications and types /legal - AI rewrites it with more precise legal language. She positions cursor in tax section, types /clause, searches "tax optimization", inserts the "Tax Optimization - Liquidation - Belgian SA" clause. She reviews the full deed, marks stage as "Review", saves, and shares with senior partner Thomas. He reviews, adds 2 comments, marks "Final". Emma exports as PDF for client signature. Total time: 12 minutes for what previously took 2 hours, with 95% fewer errors thanks to templates, variables, and AI assistance.
