You can easily register a complaint or repair by following these steps:
Upload a copy of your receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, we use the production number to estimate when the product was purchased.
Print the confirmation after registration.
Wash the product thoroughly before delivery – both for hygiene reasons and because it makes the job nicer for our skilled repairers!
Place the confirmation in one of the pockets on the product.
Deliver the product to one of our Norrøna stores or send it via tracked mail to the address you receive upon registration. Our stores can also help you register the service case. If you bought the product from one of our retailers, you can contact them directly.
You will receive an email when your product is registered at the repair center and when it has been processed.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 5-year warranty on all products, extended to 7 years for loyalty members. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects such as broken seams, zippers, and material defects (e.g., leakage in waterproof products).
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This means damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or natural fading and wear over time is not covered.
What happens if the product cannot be repaired?
If the product is covered and cannot be repaired, you will receive Cash Points equal to the full price of the product, which can be used for new purchases.
How long is the repair time?
Repair time is normally 4-5 weeks in Norway, Germany, and Sweden, and 4-6 weeks elsewhere. During high season (October to April) processing times may be longer.
How will I be notified?
You will receive an email when the product is received and queued for repair, and we will send a cost estimate for repairs outside the warranty. Payment must be received within 7 days after approval. We will send a reminder if you might have missed the first email due to spam filters.
Can I get repairs outside the warranty?
Yes, we offer that! Prices can be found in our price list.
Is there a warranty on repairs performed?
We offer a 2-year warranty on completed repairs.
Do you use original spare parts?
We always use original spare parts or as close to the original as possible. The color on repaired areas may vary slightly, but we try to find a good match.
What about older products?
We do our best to repair older products, but spare parts for older models are limited, and some damages may be too severe for repairs to be the best solution.
