What are cash points?
Cash Points are Norrøna's own digital currency and can be used to purchase products. As a Norrøna loyalty member, you can earn points on full-price purchases, online and in-store. Cash Points are calculated in your local currency. 1 point is equivalent to 1 unit of your currency.
How do I earn cash points?
You must first have a Loyalty Account to be able to accrue points and use them in purchases. You can use this link to sign up for our Loyalty Member Program:
Points earned from orders will be available to use 45 days after the date of your purchase and will automatically be added to your Loyalty Account.
Please keep in mind that these points expire 3 years after the date that they were added to your account.
Points used in a purchase will not generate new points. You will not earn points if there is a discount in your order. This means that Outlet items will not contribute to earning Cash Points.
The amount of Cash Points you earn from a purchase depends on what level you are in the Loyalty Program.
Level 1 = 5%
Up to NOK 5 000*
Level 2 = 7,5%
NOK 5 000 - 10 000*
Level 3 = 10%
Above NOK 10 000*
*Loyalty level is calculated in your local currency on the amount spent the last 24 months on full price purchase. You can see your Loyalty level by logging in to your account.
Cash points and Returns
Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if the product is returned. If the points are spent, then the value for the return will be reduced by the amount of Cash Points used. Returned products purchased with points, will receive the used Cash Points back. Products bought with Cash Points and money will be refunded the same way.
