How does it work with return and exchange?

What's your return policy?

Norrøna has a 30-day return and exchange policy on all our products ordered online. For return voucher the limit is 90 days. As long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original shape with all the hangtags still on, we are all good!

Return in Europe: If you live in Europe (except for Switzerland), it should be smooth sailing to register your return online and send the products back to us with the prepaid shipping label you received with your order. You need to log in to your account first. If you do now have an account or can't find your order, you can find your order here to register a return.

Please note that it takes our system about an hour to update the status of your order from "shipped" to "received" after you have picked up your order or received it at home.


Return outside of Europe and Switzerland: If you live outside Europe (including Switzerland), you need to send us an email and let us know which product you would like to return. Please make sure also to include your order number for faster service! The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Can I return a product if I've opened the bag it is packed in? Yes, as long as the product itself is in its original shape with all hangtags on, you can return it.
