What's your return policy?
You can easily return or exchange unused products purchased online within 30 days for a full refund or cash points. All returns must be registered online. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with hangtags attached to qualify for return or exchange. You will receive a prepaid return label in your order, which must be used to qualify for free return (exceptions apply).
Returns of spare parts and customized products are not accepted.
If you miss the 30-day return deadline, you can still return the product within 60 days and receive Norrøna cash points instead of a refund. These cash points can be used for future purchases both online and in official Norrøna stores.
When can I expect my refund?
Processing time for returns is up to two weeks after the product is received.
Outlet Products
Outlet items can only be returned online, not exchanged. If you need another size or product, place a new order—we’re happy to assist!
In-store Returns & Exchanges
Products bought in store can be returned or exchanged at any official Norrøna store within 30 days for full refund.
Online purchases can be exchanged in store for ordinary-priced products, not for outlet products.
Europe (except Switzerland)
Free return with prepaid return label included in your package—valid for one free return per purchase.
Register your return online from your account.
Products purchased online can be exchanged for other products in official Norrøna stores (not outlet products) - refunds only via online returns.
USA, Canada, and other countries outside Europe
Free return with prepaid return label included in your package—valid for one free return per purchase.

Switzerland, Spitsbergen, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

In other countries: Schedule a pick up with DHL or drop off at a DHL Express pick-up point.
