How fast can I get my order? Do I have to pay any additional costs? Let me help you answer these questions in this article

When do you ship orders?

We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 11 AM (CET) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed later or during weekends/holidays are sent the next business day.

How fast will I receive my order?

  • Nordics: 2–4 business days (Bring)

  • Europe: 2-4 business days (DHL Express)

  • Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days with GLS, followed by Swiss Post to your address.

  • USA: 2–4 business days (DHL Express)

  • Canada: 3–4 business days (DHL Express)

  • Japan: 4 business days (DHL Express)

  • Australia: 4–5 business days (DHL Express)

  • Rest of the world: 2–4 business days (DHL Express)

⚠️ Please note: We always ship as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery within 4 days.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Norway: Free over 1750 NOK, otherwise from 149 NOK

  • Europe: Free shipping on orders over €165, and the equivalent of over £155 for the United Kingdom, and 1350 DKK for Denmark. For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost is €15 / £15 / DKK 149.

  • Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over CHF 185

  • USA: Free over $165 USD

  • Canada: Free over 225 CAD

  • Japan: Free over 19,000 JPY

  • Australia & rest of the world: Free over €165

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, except for Russia, Belarus, and North Korea.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders immediately, so changes are usually not possible. Please contact Customer Service (chat/phone) right away, and we’ll do our best to help before it’s shipped.

Will there be any additional costs?

No hidden fees – what you see at checkout is the final price.

Exceptions: Where we are not allowed to collect tax & duty on behalf of customers: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Faroe Islands, Falkland Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Kazakhstan, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.

What payment methods do you offer?

Visa/Mastercard, Debit cards, Vipps (Norway), Apple Pay, Klarna (invoice, pay later, installments) & PayPal

👉 Klarna invoice orders must be delivered to your registered home address.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Follow it directly with the courier.

Do I get tax deductions online?

No. Tax deductions are only available for purchases in physical Norrøna stores.
