How fast can I get my order? Do I have to pay any additional costs? Let me help you answering these questions in this article

How fast can I get my order?

All orders made before 11 am Monday-Friday are usually sent the same day. Expected delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days except for some countries outside of Europe. For more information on delivery in your country, please see our shipping and delivery page.

Shipping couriers:

Norrøna use Bring (Norway), Postnord (Sweden), DHL Express (Europe and US), GLS (Switzerland) and FedEx / DHL (Outside Europe) for worldwide shipping.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately and we are not able to make any changes after the order is processed. If you need to change the order or cancel it, please contact customer service on chat or phone immediately and we’ll do our best to help you.

Will there be any additional costs for my order?

All our prices include MVA and are charged in the currency you have chosen. The currency in the web shop is adjusted by choice of the delivery country. If you want a different currency you can change this in the page footer.

Taxes and fees:

  • Europe: Orders to Europe is shipped included taxes and duties, no hidden costs.

  • United States: Orders to the US is shipped included taxes and duties, no hidden costs. The customer is responsible for the state's sales tax rules.

  • Outside of the EU, and Switzerland: You will not be charged with taxes and duties and only pay the amount shown in checkout.

What payment solutions do you offer?

You can pay with Klarna, Paypal, Visa or Mastercard in our web shop.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?

If you paid with PayPal:

When placing an order, you must use your country code on your phone number when checking out. Sometimes PayPal overrules our system with the account info provided to them. If the country codes do not match, you may get an error message from us even though the payment is withdrawn. When using PayPal as your payment solution, double-check your info in your PayPal account when you checkout.

How do I track my order?

Do I get tax deductions on products bought in the web shop?

No, this only applies to products purchased in our retail stores.
