If you have a rifle or a hole in your down jacket, you can repair it yourself. We recommend that you first sew the hole and then wash with a damp cloth around the area if needed.

We can send out patches of the same color as the jacket, which is then cut to the appropriate size with rounded edges. Then remove the white protective paper and place the patch with the adhesive side down so that the patch covers the hole. It is important to use baking paper between the product and the iron which is placed on medium heat / 2 dots. Stir for 10-15 seconds until the patch is attached.

For larger crates where it is very thin, we recommend that you send the product to us so that we can repair the hole by sewing the "chambers" in the jackets. The procedure is similar to holes on the inside as well as on the outside.

Good luck!
