It's quite common for zippers to split after a few years of use, but luckily you can often repair them on your own. You can purchase a new zipper slider in our online store here: Zipper slider set

We’ve also made a simple video to show you how to replace the slider yourself – find it here: Repair tips and video

How to do it:

  1. Choose the correct color and model of the slider in our online store and have it delivered to your home. This is a Classic 6mm zipper slider that fits most zippers on our jackets.

  2. At the top of the zipper, under the zipper guard, there is a small plastic piece preventing the slider from coming off. Remove this carefully.

  3. Cut a tiny notch (a couple of millimeters) in the zipper tape where it folds into the jacket.

  4. Gently pull the old slider off.

  5. Put the new slider on and press the metal stopper into place with pliers where the plastic piece was.

  6. Your zipper should now work like new!
