Your document(s) will be available to you directly from your account after completing the notarization and a successful payment. Here's how to access them from any supported device:

From Computer:

  • Navigate to Notarize.com in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  • Enter your email and password then click “Sign In”.
  • You will be directed to the “Your Documents” page.
  • From the "Your Documents" page, you may view completed documents, unsigned documents, and documents being processed.
  •        Completed documents may be viewed, shared, or downloaded.
  •        Unsigned documents may be signed.
  •        Processing documents are still processing and will be completed soon.

From iPhone:

  • Navigate to the Notarize app.
  • If you are not already signed in, you may sign in using your email and password used to complete your transaction. 
  • Once you are signed in, you will arrive at the “My Documents” tab. 
  • From the "My Documents" tab, you may view completed documents, unsigned documents, and documents being processed.
  •       Completed documents may be viewed, shared, or downloaded.
  •       Unsigned documents may be signed.
  •       Processing documents are still processing and will be completed soon. 

From Android:

  • Navigate to the Notarize app.
