Notary Everyday's message center lets you ask questions, provide updates, and clarify instructions about your orders — and choose how each message is delivered: by email, SMS, or both.
How to Send a Message
Log in — Visit www.notaryeveryday.com and sign in to your account.
Select an order — From your dashboard, click the order you want to discuss to open the detailed order view.
Find the messaging window — In the order view, locate the messaging window. It includes a Type your message here... box and a list of recipients:

Signing Service (email and SMS)
Contact #1 (email or SMS)
Compose your message — Click inside the Type your message here... box and write your message, aiming for clarity and professionalism.
Select recipients and delivery method — Use the checkboxes to tailor who receives the message and how:
Notary — choose email or SMS.
Signing Service — sent via both email and SMS.
Contact #1 — choose email or SMS.
Send — Once your message is composed and the right recipients are selected, click Send Message.
Message Logging
Every message sent through the platform is documented. Each entry records:
Sender — who sent the message.
Date and time — when it was sent.
Recipients — who received it.
This record maintains a clear communication history for each order.
Important Notes
Sending is irreversible — Once a message is sent, it cannot be edited or deleted. Review it carefully before sending.
Best Practices for Messaging
Be clear and concise — Keep messages straightforward to avoid misunderstandings.
Stay professional — Use a professional tone in all communications.
Group updates when appropriate — If you have multiple questions or updates, consolidate them into a single message.
Effective messaging is key to successful signings. Use Notary Everyday's messaging feature to keep all parties informed and maintain a clear record of your communications for each order.
