At Novakid you have the option to use bonuses or promo codes, allowing you to maximize your savings and elevate your learning experience 🌟

📝 Important Note:

You can only use ONE discount type per purchase: either a promo code or bonuses.

🤔 How to Choose Your Discount

You can choose which type of discount to use in the Payment window ⬇️

🏷️ Promo Codes

Promo Codes are special discounts sent via email during campaigns like New Year or other festive events! Here's how to use a Promo Code ⬇️

  • Apply a Promo Code: Go to the Account section or Payment Window to enter your promo code.

  • Remove a Promo Code: Click the "Remove" button next to your existing promo code in the Payment window.

📒 NOTE:

If you’ve lost your promo code or have several or aren’t sure which applies:

  • Your active promo code can be found while editing your subscription here

  • Or in the Account tab, the next promo code to be applied appears at the top of all promo codes.

💰 Bonuses

  • What Are They?
Bonuses allow you to cover up to 25% of your subscription cost! 🎉

  • How to Earn Bonuses:
Invite friends to join Novakid using your referral link. When they sign up, and complete their first trial, both you and your friend will receive bonuses that can be used for discounts on your future subscriptions 🤝

⚙️ Troubleshooting

  • Using Bonuses: Make sure there's no applied promo code if you want to use your bonuses. Simply clear the promo code in the payment window in order to use bonuses.

  • Promo Code Issues: If your promo code isn't working, check its expiry date and make sure it applies to your subscription type by checking the campaign details in your email.
