Push notifications

To stay informed about the status of your trades and portfolio as a whole, we recommend enabling push notifications. By doing so, you will receive updates regarding any changes in the status of your open orders, outcome settlements, and timely notifications when an event is about to begin for any active position you hold.

Enabling push notifications

There are two ways notifications must be enabled in order for them to appear on your device's screen: the device level and within the Novig app.

For Apple iOS:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Choose Notifications

  3. Find Novig in the list of applications

  4. Select Allow Notifications

  5. Toggle notification selections according to your preferences

In the Novig app:

  1. Select Account

  2. Select Notifications

  3. Under Push Notifications, turn on Allow Push Notifications

  4. Toggle notification selections according to your preferences

For Android devices:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Choose Notifications

  3. Find Novig in the list of applications

  4. Select Allow Notifications

  5. Toggle notification selections according to your preferences

In the Novig app:

  1. Select Account

  2. Select Notifications

  3. Under Push Notifications, turn on Allow Push Notifications

  4. Toggle notification selections according to your preferences
