What to do if you do not have access to your username:

On the Log in to Novig screen, click where it says forgot username.

Check your emails to find the email that has past communication with Novig.

Enter the email address associated with your Novig account. Upon asking for your username and submitting the correct email address, you will receive an email with your username details.

In order to request a password change, we require identity verification to ensure your information is protected and only accessed by you, the account owner. You will need to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your date of birth..
