Email verification

At Novig, we verify the personal email of each customer to establish a direct means of communication. It is mandatory for every customer to verify their email during the account creation process. Additionally, when making updates to their personal email address while maintaining an active account, the verification process needs to be completed again.

I can't find the verification email. What should I do?

  • Confirm that you are checking the same email associated that you used to create your Novig account.

  • Sometimes emails are redirected to spam. Make sure you do not have any emails from us in your spam folder.

  • Search your inbox for an email from us. The email will come from noreply@novig.dev

  • Initiate another request for a new verification email.
