As recruiters and employers highly suggest to tailor your job application for each job ad specifically, you will need to make small adjustments to your CV/resume and Cover Letter to reflect that company's brand, culture and address the needs they listed in the job ad.
To create a duplicate, click on "My Documents" in the top menu, and you have the settings icon for each document where you can click on "Duplicate" as shown in the following print-screen:
